Crossdock Supervisor Afternoon/Evening

As a Crossdock Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth crossdocking process, with an average of 4,000 pallets processed each evening. With your coaching, you will lead the team to success.

The best part? You will do this during the afternoon and evening hours, when you are at your best! Your shift starts between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM and ends between midnight and 1:00 AM, to be determined in consultation.

What you will do!

• Together with the team, ensure smooth and efficient handling of the daily goods flow in the cross dock operation.
• Supervise a team of 10-30 employees every day to ensure the logistics process runs as smoothly as possible.
• Be actively present on the work floor to guide the operation, monitor, and solve problems.
• Assist with operational tasks, such as loading and unloading trucks, when necessary.
• Coach employees on productivity and quality.
• Work closely with the other two supervisors, and together you will be responsible for the entire crossdock process for the afternoon/evening shift.
